Fish Quest is the ultimate real-fishing simulation game online. Pull down the button, manage the tension gauge, shorten the distance, and land rare fish from Borneo to the Bering Sea in this timing-based, offline fishing adventure.
Fish Quest was released on May 15, 2026, by 1000Games. The game simulates the feeling of real fishing. Every time a fish bites, you can really feel the rod go heavy, the line pull tight, and that rush of excitement as the distance slowly shrinks.

From the Sea of Borneo (Lv. 1) to the Florida Strait (Lv. 70). Each region has its own level of recommendation. Copacabana is coming soon. It feels like you're travelling around the world just to... fish.
The in-game shop includes:
Each item affects fishing performance. I tried upgrading my fishing line first, and it was indeed much easier to catch big fish. You should try it too!
This is what I find clever. If you release a challenge fish instead of trying to catch it, it will appear next time in a stronger and more expensive version. This is a strategic mechanism that is not present in every game.
Open Map Select. Start from the Borneo Sea (Lv. 1). Don't go too far up the line; the fish will pull you off.
Press and hold the button. Pull it all the way down. A gauge will appear. You can release your finger at any time to cast.
Fish Bites
At this point, a line tension bar appears. What you need to do is simple:
Every fish has its own HP bar. Every time you pull the line, you weaken the fish. When the fish's HP bar reaches zero, it means the fish is exhausted, and you've successfully caught it.
Or, if the distance between you and the fish drops to zero, and the fish is pulled towards the shore, you can still catch it.
In short, the higher the fish's HP, the stronger it is and the longer it takes to catch. Large fish in high-level sea areas usually have very high HP, requiring you to upgrade your fishing rod and line to reel them in.
I learned from experience: don't reel for too long. The in-game instructions clearly state, "The distance shortens quickly if you pull over for too long," but if you don't release at the right time, the line will break. I lost 3 large fish because I was too greedy.
YES. If you've ever played those "wait and click" fishing games, Fish Quest will surprise you. Each time you reel in a fish, you have to calculate how long to reel. When to release? Is the risk worth it?
The upgrade system is deep enough to keep you from getting bored after an hour. The sea areas gradually open up with each level, creating a sense of conquest. And best of all, you can play Fish Quest unblocked on our website.
Minor drawback: It's a little confusing at first with the line tensioner, but you'll get used to it after 3-4 tries.
If you enjoy the feeling of real fishing but don't have the opportunity to go to the river or the sea, Fish Quest is a game worth playing. If you've finished fishing and want to find a game of a different genre, then try Tap Brawl. This is a fast-paced fighting game that just launched this week!
