Labubu Match Up is a casual observation puzzle. Each round starts with a mystery box that opens to show a target Labubu. You rebuild it from the tray a piece at a time, and the categories are fur, outfit, eyes, hat, face, ears and teeth. The Labubu in the middle of the screen changes as soon as you tap a part, so you can glance back at the target and tweak things as you go. One set takes roughly 30 to 90 seconds, so it fits a short break or a long sitting. You can play it on a desktop, laptop, Chromebook, tablet or phone.

137 Labubu Sets to Collect

Every Labubu you rebuild becomes a set in your Collection Book, and each set has its own name. In total there are 137 of them:

  • 108 main sets, which make up the core collection.
  • 23 Secret Labubu, rarer sets that turn up by surprise once enough part types are open.
  • 6 Bonus sets, which use special parts.

With more than 100 parts across the seven types, the sets look different enough that spotting the right ear or the right pair of eyes is part of the fun. The Collection Book has All, Secret and Bonus tabs, and tapping a set lets you see that Labubu move.

Game Modes

Labubu Match Up doesn’t have a level map. Instead, it offers a few ways to spend your time:

  • Match rounds: rebuild the target Labubu part by part to collect the set.
  • Secret Labubu: the rare sets that appear unannounced once your collection has grown.
  • Bonus sets: surprise sets built with special parts.
  • Mini games: Memory Match, Spot the Difference and Mini Sudoku. One unlocks for every 10 sets you collect.
  • Decorate: dress your own Labubu using the parts you’ve collected, plus a scene and a prop.
  • Leaderboard: a global ranking by sets collected, showing your name, country flag and decorated Labubu.

The three mini-games are short breaks from the matching. In Memory Match, you flip cards to find six pairs of Labubu parts. In Spot the Difference, you identify the changes between two images of Labubu. Mini Sudoku is filled with Labubu heads that only differ in fur color, and it begins with a guided lesson before moving on to 4×4 and 6×6 grids.

Rewards and Unlocks

There are no coins and no shop in this game. Everything you unlock comes from playing.

New part types: you begin with three (fur, outfit and eyes), and a new one opens every 18 main sets. Hats arrive at 18 sets, faces at 36, ears at 54, and teeth at 72, which brings you to all seven. Secret Labubu begins to appear around the time faces are opened.

Parts for Decoration: each set you collect adds its parts to your dress-up studio.

Extras: finishing a mini game unlocks the next of 13 Extras. Seven of them are scenes (Misty Valley, Sunny Meadow, Cozy Room, Candy Shop, Midnight Rooftop, Wild Jungle and Golden Stage) and six are props (Lollipop, Balloon, Teddy Bear, Bubble Tea, Skateboard and Trophy).

Special parts: a few unique eyes and ears unlock permanently after watching a short video.

Leaderboard score: it equals the number of sets you’ve collected, up to 137.

There are also no daily login rewards or missions. You come back for the next set, the next Secret and the next Extra. After you finish all 137 sets, you can reset your progress for a fresh run (scenes and props are kept) or continue decorating.

How to Play Labubu Match Up

How to Play Labubu Match Up: Rebuild the Labubu, Collect the Set

Look at the target. A mystery box opens and shows the Labubu you need to rebuild. The first three sets are guided by a pointing hand.

Choose a part type. Pick a category from the tray, such as fur, eyes or ears.

Pick a part. Your Labubu updates right away. It blinks and smiles after every change, whether it’s right or wrong, so only a full match is announced. That means you need to keep comparing it with the target.

The tricky bit is the small details. At the start you only compare fur, outfit and eyes, but each new part type adds something else to check, and some parts look nearly identical at first glance. Since your Labubu reacts to every pick, whether it’s right or wrong, the only sign you’ve got it is a full match, so take a moment to compare each part with the target. The Mini Sudoku break is a wonderful example of how subtle things can get, because its Labubu heads differ only in fur color.

Match every part. Once everything fits, your Labubu jumps, gives a “La-buuu” cheer, and a card with the set’s name appears. Press Collect to add it to your book.

Use Hint or Skip if you’re stuck. A Hint marks one part type that’s still wrong. You can hold up to 2 Hints, and each one refills in about 2.5 minutes while the game is open. Skip is free, and the set comes back later.

Controls: Using a mouse or touch screen, tap on a part type and then select a specific part. On a keyboard, the arrow keys choose a part, and Enter and Q move to the next and previous part type; the keys 1 to 7 jump to a part type, and H gives a Hint and K skips.

Conclusion

Labubu Match Up is a relaxed game for anyone who likes noticing small details. The loop is easy to learn: look closely, rebuild the Labubu, and collect the set. With 137 sets, three mini games and a studio for your own Labubu, there’s a reason to keep going, and nothing pushes you to hurry. When you want something with a bit more speed, try Wheelie Popper, where you balance a motorbike on one wheel and chase higher scores in short runs.
