Once the store gets big enough, you can't handle everything solo anymore. That's where hiring comes in.
You've got three roles to fill: Cashier for payments, Assistant for stocking shelves, and Farmer for the watermelon garden. Sounds straightforward until you realize these capybaras get tired fast—and I mean fast. They'll straight-up fall asleep mid-shift. You have to keep circling back to wake them up, or shelves sit empty, and customers pile up at the door.
