Zapgames just dropped Pizza Clicker on July 15, 2026, and yeah, the name pretty much says it all. You play a chef, tapping away at giant pizzas to rack up points, and before long, you're running a whole lineup of shops that bake pizzas for you automatically. Grab upgrades, ascend when you're ready to go bigger, and stack up Prestige gems to make every click hit harder. So the real question is: does it actually hold up, or is it just another clicker riding on the hype? Let's find out.

Meet the pizza you can't stop clicking

The game starts with a giant pizza in the middle of the screen, covered in bell peppers, mushrooms, and sausage. Around it are buttons; one side shows the Pizza Points running, and the other shows PP/s, which is the number of points you earn per second even without touching anything. The initial task is extremely simple: click on the pizza; each click adds points, and once you've collected enough, you can buy items.

Buildings: small buy-ins, big payoff

The first item I bought was a Pizza Cart, costing only 5 points – incredibly cheap. Right after that was a Home Oven, costing 34 points. Then came Apprentice Cook, priced at 229 points. Prices climbed fast from there, and each new purchase cost noticeably more than the last. In my opinion, the Pizza Generator is the foundation, automatically generating pizzas for you even while you're browsing Facebook. The Buildings list also includes modes you need to unlock with enough points, ranging in price from 1,500 to 65,000 points.

Achievements: The main feature that attracts Pizza Clicker players

What keeps players engaged longer than expected is the Achievements section. The first few, like First Slice (10 points), Small Batch (100 points), or First Step (100 clicks), are incredibly easy, taking only a few minutes to complete. But the further down you go, the more challenging it becomes. The Starting from Scratch feature requires 1,000 points; when I took the screenshot, I only had 360 out of 1,000. I still have a long way to go.

Most notably, the Cook Empire Founder and Oven Empire Founder require owning 200 Apprentice Cooks and 200 Home Ovens. Each one grants a permanent +0.5% PP/s bonus, which may seem small, but it adds up to a significant difference later on.

Pizza Clicker

Some Pizza Clicker tips after an hour of playing

Don't be tempted to click continuously right from the start. Buy the cheapest building you can afford immediately, because the longer you wait, the more you lose compared to having an automated source of income early on.

  • Prioritize accumulating enough buildings to claim achievements, as the %PP/s bonus is permanent and won't be lost when you gain prestige (ascend) later.
  • Occasionally check the question mark boxes in the building list; they indicate how far you are from your next goal. Keep accumulating points gradually.
  • Don't skip the Stats tab either. Looking back at how you've progressed makes it a lot easier to figure out which building deserves your next investment.

Bottom line, Pizza Clicker is an idle clicker at heart, and the goal is simple: build your pizza empire one click at a time until you've got a whole chain of shops running for you.

If the slow, steady climb of clicking and upgrading isn't quite your speed and you'd rather test your reflexes, give Sphere Rush a try. It's a good time.
